Shipping policy

Available shipping options include Standard, USPS, and Economy, depending on your items and delivery address. Eligible methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery timing depends on order processing, the selected shipping method, your destination, and carrier operations. Carrier transit time begins after your package is handed to the carrier and is separate from order processing. Review any delivery estimates shown at checkout.

For tracked shipments, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation to follow carrier updates. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created. If you have not received tracking information or need help with a delayed shipment, contact us with your order number.

Shipping is available to eligible addresses in the United States and, for selected products, Canada. Availability varies by item and address; enter your full shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave the shop, but we will file a claim on your behalf.
